A school's curriculum is its most valuable asset and usually its least protected one: scattered across personal laptops, rebuilt from memory every September, and gone the day a teacher leaves. Mujtahid makes it a permanent part of the school.

The curriculum nobody owns

Ask a school for its Grade 9 physics course and you will get four different answers, none of them complete. The material exists — it is just distributed across people rather than held by the institution.

How the content is structured

Four levels — subject, level, unit, lesson — because that is how a school already thinks, and one place for the practice attached to each.

Subjects and levels

A fixed, translated subject set so "Mathematics" means the same thing in every branch and in every language your school teaches in.

Units and lessons

Units group lessons in teaching order. A lesson holds formatted text, equations, drawings, PDFs and video together, not as a pile of attachments.

Equations without LaTeX

A builder composes fractions, integrals, roots and matrices from a picker, and renders them identically for every student on every device.

Drawings and a lesson canvas

Sketch diagrams on an infinite canvas, or build a full A4 lesson sheet. What ships to the student is an exported image — sharp, and cheap to load.

Exercises and retakes

Language and academic question types, three labelled attempts, and instant correct-or-wrong feedback the moment a student checks.

Level tests

One placement test per level, kept separate from lesson exercises, so a student is placed on evidence rather than on their birth year.

Authoring is front-loaded and then it stops: the curve flattens because the work becomes teaching rather than rebuilding.

    Set up subjects and levels

    Decide what the school teaches and to which levels. This is the skeleton everything else hangs on.

    Build one unit properly

    Not the whole year — one unit, complete, with its exercises. It becomes the template the department copies.

    Attach practice and a level test

    Exercises per lesson, one placement test per level. Attempts are capped so retakes still measure something.

    Teach, then revise the content

    First-attempt scores tell you which lesson did not land. Improve that lesson once, and every future class gets the better version.

Why the editor matters more than the feature list

Schools abandon learning platforms for one reason above all others: the editor could not hold what the teacher needed to write, so the teacher went back to paper and the platform became a filing cabinet.

Built for maths and science, not just prose

The equation builder and the drawing canvas exist because a physics lesson is not a paragraph. A platform that cannot hold a free-body diagram will never hold a physics department.

Heavy to author, light to read

Drawings are stored as a scene you can re-edit but delivered as an exported image. The teacher keeps full editing power; the student's phone loads a picture.

Deleting cleans up after itself

Removing a lesson, unit or subject releases the video and files it held. Storage does not quietly fill with material nobody can reach any more.

The institution owns it

Content belongs to the school, not to the account that typed it. Staff change; the curriculum keeps improving instead of restarting.

Common questions about content

Can we import what we already have?
PDFs and video attach to lessons directly, so existing material is usable on day one. The parts worth rebuilding are the ones you want exercises and progress on.
Who can edit a lesson?
Teachers own their subject's content, and principals can see and manage across the school. Students only ever read the published version.
How big can a video be?
Video is hosted properly for streaming, with a per-file limit, and it counts against your school's video storage — which is bought as capacity you keep.
What is a level test for?
Placement. It hangs off the level rather than off a lesson, so it can be sat before a student has done any of the unit content.
