For assistants and branch secretaries

The branch runs on you. It should not run on a notebook.

You take the payment, you know who has not paid, you know which teacher is late and which parent is upset. Mujtahid gives that work a place to live, so it survives the day it happened and nobody asks you to reconstruct it from memory at the end of the month.

Everything routes through you, and nothing is written down

The branch's real system is you: a notebook, a receipt book, three WhatsApp groups and a phone that never stops. It works right up until someone asks a question about last month, and then it costs you an afternoon.

  • A parent asks what they still owe, and the answer takes ten minutes of paging back.
  • A receipt is written twice, or written once and never entered anywhere.
  • The overdue list is whoever you happen to remember, not whoever is actually late.
  • When you take a day off, the branch stops knowing things.

The work you already do, with the paperwork removed

Every screen here is built around a real branch task, not around a database table.

Enrolment in one pass

Register a student, place them in a class or a camp, and open their payment folder in the same flow. No second system, no re-typing the same name.

Payments and printable receipts

Record cash or transfer against the right folder, print a receipt carrying your school's logo and the director's signature, and send it on WhatsApp without leaving the page.

Overdue that finds you

The overdue list is generated, aged and sorted — you see who is fifteen days late before it becomes sixty, with the phone number right there.

Timetable and attendance

Teacher availability, the weekly calendar and attendance logging in seconds, so a missed session is recorded rather than remembered.

Teacher payroll input

Sessions taught roll into payroll automatically, including one-to-one and camp work, and freeze into a saved folder once the month is closed.

Only your branch, only your keys

You see your branch and the areas your principal opened for you. That is a boundary, not a preference — it protects you as much as it protects the school.

Overdue fees by age

The list sorts itself by how late it is, so the calls you make first are the ones that still recover money.

Illustrative figures — the shape of the report, not anyone's real numbers.

A day at the front desk

Four moments, and none of them ends with "I'll write it down later".

  1. 1

    A parent walks in

Search the student, see the folder, take the payment, print the receipt. Under a minute, with the balance already updated.

  2. 2

    A teacher calls in sick

Move the session on the calendar. The affected students and the teacher's payroll follow automatically.

  3. 3

    The overdue list at 4pm

Work the aged list top-down. Every call you log stays on the student, so tomorrow's you knows what today's you did.

  4. 4

    End of month

Payroll and receipts are already assembled. Your principal reviews rather than interrogates.

Why assistants stop keeping a parallel notebook

A tool only replaces the notebook if it is faster than the notebook on the busiest afternoon of the week. That constraint shaped these screens.

Built around the counter, not the database

Enrolment, payment and receipt are one flow because that is one moment at the desk. Splitting them across three screens is how software gets abandoned.

Printing is not an afterthought

Receipts, payroll sheets and overdue lists print properly, with your school's identity on them, because a parent in Morocco expects paper and a signature.

Your access is explicit

Each area you can touch was granted by name. You are never guessing whether you were supposed to do something — and you are never blamed for a screen you could not open.

The record outlives the day

Every action is attributed and logged to the branch, so a question about last month is answered by the system instead of by your memory.

What assistants ask first

Can I see other branches?
No, and that is deliberate. You see your own branch. If you move branches, your principal switches you and your access follows.
What if my principal has not given me an area yet?
The screen tells you the area is not open to you rather than failing silently. Ask your principal for that access key and it appears immediately.
Can I still take cash?
Yes. Cash and bank transfer are the normal case for student fees — you record what actually happened and print the receipt for it.
Do I need to be at the school to use it?
No. It runs in any browser, and students and parents get the mobile app, so you can answer a question from home without opening a filing cabinet.

Give the branch a memory

Ask your principal to open a Mujtahid space, or create one yourself.
