Plans & capacity

One subscription. Capacity you own.

Software pricing usually has two moving parts designed to work against you: tiers that lock useful features behind a bigger package, and monthly allowances that expire whether you used them or not. We removed both, and the pricing page got much shorter.

Why most school pricing is adversarial

A tiered price list is a design document for a worse product: it tells you which useful things the vendor deliberately kept out of your plan. Monthly allowances do the same to capacity — you pay for a ceiling and lose whatever you did not reach.

  • The feature you need is always one tier above the one you are on.
  • Growing your school raises your bill for reasons unrelated to what you use.
  • Unused minutes and credits vanish at the end of the month.
  • A lapsed payment wipes capacity you already paid for.

How it actually works

Two things to understand, and then there is nothing else to learn.

One subscription, no tiers

A school has a subscription or it does not. There is no bronze, silver or gold, and no feature is withheld to create an upgrade — the whole core platform is included.

Capacity is bought separately

Live minutes, the three AI credit pools, video storage and file storage are purchased as capacity. You buy what you will use, in the areas you use.

Tanks, not allowances

Every metered capacity is cumulative. Usage counts for all time, across every branch, and nothing resets at the end of the month. Remaining is simply bought minus used.

Periods end on the 1st

Whatever day you start, the period ends on the 1st. A partial first month is prorated to the day, and a very short tail is bundled into the next full month rather than sold to you.

The quote you see is the quote you pay

Because payments are reviewed by a person, the amount and the window are frozen when you submit. Time spent in the review queue is never billed to you.

Lapsing freezes, it does not burn

If a subscription ends, access closes — but every purchased minute and credit is still there, untouched, waiting for renewal.

What a school's capacity looks like

Six independent tanks. Heavy use of one never drains another, and each one shows what is left rather than what is allowed.

Paying, the way schools actually pay

Bank transfer, reviewed by a person, with the amount fixed before the wait starts.

  1. 1

    Choose the period

The quote is calculated in front of you, prorated to the 1st, with nothing hidden until checkout.

  2. 2

    Submit the payment

You transfer to the school account shown, and the amount and window freeze at that moment.

  3. 3

    We confirm it

A person reviews and activates exactly the window you were quoted — never a recalculated one.

  4. 4

Top up capacity when you need it

Minutes, credits and storage are bought the same way, independently, whenever a tank is running low.

What this pricing commits us to

A pricing model is a promise about incentives. Ours removes the two levers most vendors use, which means the only way we grow is by making the single product worth keeping.

We cannot sell you an upgrade

With one plan, there is no bigger package to move you to. Every improvement has to land in the product you already have.

Unused capacity is not our revenue

Tanks never expire, so we do not profit from a quiet month. It also means you can buy ahead without gambling on your own usage.

Your balance is not leverage

Purchased quota is frozen on lapse rather than zeroed. We do not hold capacity you paid for hostage to a renewal.

Metered spending is capped for both of us

Every path that costs money on a third party is bounded before the call. That protects your bill and keeps our costs honest.

Questions about price and capacity

What is included in the subscription?
Access to the whole core platform — school, branches, people, classes, curriculum, exercises, finance and reporting. Metered capacity is bought separately.
What has to be bought as capacity?
Live minutes, the three AI credit pools, video storage and file storage. If you do not use live teaching or AI, you do not buy them.
Do unused minutes or credits expire?
Never. They are cumulative tanks. Remaining is bought minus used, for all time, across every branch.
What happens if we pause for a term?
Access closes after a short grace period, and your data and capacity are frozen exactly as they were. Renewing brings both back untouched.
