We bring in your assistants and teachers with the right roles and access keys, so the people who will do the enrolment are ready before the enrolment starts.

Usually fees or enrolment. Something the front desk feels in week one, before anyone is asked to change how they teach.
We stay for the first close
The first enrolment run and the first month-end are where this succeeds or dies quietly. We are on both.
A typical first four weeks
Enrolment does not arrive in one batch, and it should not have to. The curve is what a normal, working rollout looks like.

Week one — the shell
Account, school space, domain, branding, branches. Your principal can log in and recognise the school.

Assistants and teachers, with roles and access keys. Training is short because each person only learns their own surface.

Enrolment and payment folders, branch by branch. This is where the notebook starts becoming unnecessary.

Week four — the teaching
First unit, first exercises, first live session. By now the administrative side is already carrying itself.
Why we do the setup with you
We could ship a self-serve wizard and a help centre. We do not, because the schools that need this most are the ones with the least time to configure software, and a bad first month is unrecoverable.
Configuration is a conversation
How you price a camp, split a teacher's cut or handle a family discount is specific to your school. A wizard cannot ask the right follow-up question; a person can.
Start with one branch, not all of them
One branch proves the process and produces the internal advocate you need. Rolling out everywhere at once is how a project becomes everyone's second priority.
Each branch gets a support contact
Support is attached to the branch, so a question from the front desk goes somewhere real instead of into a shared inbox.
Nothing is locked in on day one
Creating an account costs nothing, and the subscription is activated with you deliberately — not auto-charged the moment you look around.
Questions about getting started
- How long does it take?
- Most schools are teaching on Mujtahid within the same week, and fully across within about a month. It depends mostly on how many branches you start with.
- Do we need someone technical?
- No. If you can describe how your school works, we can set it up. The only technical step is pointing a domain, and we walk you through it.
- What does it cost to try?
- Creating an account is free. A subscription is activated with you when you decide to go ahead, and metered capacity is bought separately as you need it.
- Can we start with one branch?
- We recommend it. One branch proves the process, and the rest follow much faster once your own team is teaching the setup.
